An ESPN televised game on August 16th kicks off NFL preseason betting and football betting on the Giants as the New York Giants play the Jets.
The Jets will be the home team, and it is going to be the 1st match in sports betting at the new Meadowlands Stadium. The stadium is actually shared with the New York Jets, so it is to be seen if either team has any form of home field advantage. The Giants will likely be a slight underdog in NFL preseason odds in their opener.
NFL preseason wagering on the Giants features four games, 2 at home and two on the road. In reality they only play one true road game, since the game vs the Jets actually isn’t a… Continue reading NFL Preseason Wagering for Giants

As the Buffalo bills cut him on Monday after Ryan Fitzpatrick sparked the offense on Sunday, sports book site odds makers can ultimately erase Trent Edwards from their notebooks.
Long Overdue – The release of Edwards was long overdue for a lot of online betting handicappers at the sportsbook. Edwards had an dismal quarterback rating of 58.3 in which he completed just 55% of his passes for a bad 4.6 yards per attempt with just 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions and Buffalo’s offense was totally inept in their 1st 2 losses of the year.
Edwards has had a long slow tumble after apexing with an 85.4 QB rating in 2008. He slipped last year to 73.8 and lost his starting job to Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Edwards won… Continue reading Sports Book Site â Bills Release Edwards for Fitzpatrick
